inIt’s ironic that as a celebrity whose entire career has been due to overexposure (quite literally!), that at the end of her pregnancy and immediately after giving birth Kim Kardashian was nowhere to be seen.
Well now we know what she was doing at least part of the time, shooting the cover for Carine Roitfeld’s CR Fashion Book. The same issue also features a nude Karlie Kloss, which is really old hat to us now, and Emily Ratajkowski (from the Blurred Lines video) in a threesome.
Check out the images of Kardashian below, and let us know what you think of the shoot!

The crown braid has been one of our favorite hair trends of the summer. And because it’s so easy, there’s no reason why you shouldn’t try it too!
Here is how we did it:
Brush out your hair. Part it vaguely in the center (it’s okay if you part it with a slight side part, but the key should be that it is not extreme).
Gather the hair you’d like to braid. I like to grab the section falling from my part to my ear, but you can tweak this to make your “crown” more or less thick.
Begin braiding. As you do so, lift and pull your hair up and back, so it will fall flat when you pull it across the back of your head. When your braid is long enough, pin it at the end so that it falls across the entirety of the back of your head.
Repeat this step on the other side. When you have enough braid, tuck the end underneath the original braid, and then pin.
Hairspray and you are done!

Diane von Furstenberg’s models strutted down the runway with such perfectly pink lips we were insanely jealous. As the winter lingers before making way for spring, this pop of color is such a great way to brighten up your look!
James Kaliardos, the makeup artist for the show, explained, “It’s a look that makes you win in life.” To create the pink pouts perfectly, Kaliardos used MAC Chromagraphic Pencil in Process Magenta, overlayed with MAC Lip Conditioner.
Would you rock this bold lip color? Let us know!

Couture shows so often live in a world of fantasy–a world that we love to immerse ourselves in, but can sometimes be hard to draw true inspiration from. But we are absolutely loving Raf Simon’s Spring Couture show for Dior. In the man’s own words: “I wanted it to literally be about the season; to be about the very idea of spring.”
The collection embraced the concept of spring both literally and figuratively. What is more spring than floral? Simons brought forth designs of exuberant flowers — whether in their natural state popping out as 3D embellishments, patterned into the fabric itself, or bursting from the very form and silhouette of his creations.
This lovely tea length gown reminded us of a modernization of Julia Roberts’ famous Valentino from the ’01 Oscars. We love the youthful cut, lighter fabric and color, and the whimsical stem-like pattern.
Floral bustier? Yes please! We love the combinations of soft and hard in this look that tows the line between girlie and sexy.
The 3D applique of petals makes this model look like a walking flower. A more daring gal may even try the top solo to show off her own stems.
This gown is formal without being stuffy. The miniature flowers on the cutout keeps it sultry instead of slutty.
One of our favorite looks from the collection, #37, turns up the notch on every lady’s closet staple – the LBD. The colors are really season agnostic, with tights this would be New Year’s appropriate with the sparkle bringing flirty fun to the look. Bare legs and the look is still appropriate for warmer weather. A look that transcends seasons? We love it!
If only we had a reason or place to wear this beautiful ball gown! We love the way Simons took the concept of the flower and applied it in more than one interpretation for this look. The silhouette reads like a beautiful flower, and the floral detail on the T-like sleeves makes the ball gown look comfy and elegant at the same time.
Just beautiful! The shape mirrors the petal pattern on this beautiful ball gown. We love the way that the fabric seems to jump out as multidimensional.
Another look where Simons proves once again Couture doesn’t have to be stuffy. This lovely trumpet shaped gown looks effortlessly chic, while still maintaining a friendly approachability.
What did you think of the collection? Let us know!-L

So, apparently we are just supposed to forget the fact that Kristen Stewart cheated on her super star boyfriend Robert Pattinson with a married with children director like, five minutes ago. But in the world of Twilight’s overwhelming power I suppose the show must go on!

Kristen Stewart in Zuhair Murad.
Robert Pattinson in a green houndstooth suit he designed with Gucci.

Elie Fanning in Prada. We’d point out her ridiculous footwear, but we don’t think you could miss it.
Nikki Reed looked amazing in a Versace strapless and Judith Leiber clutch.
Ashley Greene wears Donna Karan, and we wish it would have been tailored a little better for her, it’s slightly overwhelming.
Saoirse Ronan in Simone Rocha.
Molly Sims. Rawr.
Kiernan Shipka does her best skinny arm.
